As an Account Manager you will be expected to:

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Uncover client's needs, desires and objectives and craft creative solutions that align with these needs.
  • Clearly communicate client's objectives and with collaboration with a Creative Director, a creative team and Planners, set creative and strategic tone for the client.
  • Confidently negotiate with external parties, such as suppliers, influencers and media partners in order to create successful collaborations on behalf of the client
  • Lead projects from planning to creative through to execution
  • Develop, write and present proposals, scopes of work, budgets, schedules and staffing plans
  • Ensure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status/action items
  • Develop and implement measurement metrics
  • Team management.
