Every project starts with a contract. The contract is important. This is our insurance and the rules of the game. And we strive to ensure that the rules of the game are clear to all participants. Therefore, together with lawyers, we have developed an agreement that will be understandable to people even without a legal education. It is important for us that we understand each other and that there are no ambiguities or hidden conditions in our relationship. If you're curious about what our standard contract looks like or want to make sure it's understandable, you'll find it here.

Contract
Getting started, we see our initial task - to create a well-coordinated team of like-minded people from the marketing department and the working group of the agency. It is important for us that we equally represent the goals of the project and that we have a common vision of the result. During the work, we realized that the best way to start a project is a workshop acquaintance.

The workshop is our way of getting to know you. We take care of all the preparations, all you need is your presence. Unlike the briefing, which follows the "question and answer" scenario, the workshop is more like a discussion. We openly share experiences, problems, fears, boldly express ideas, set goals together, and also freely share experience. In other words, we discuss the project together and come to a consensus about what we want to achieve as a result. Most importantly, we must learn to hear and understand each other. The format of the workshop makes it possible not only to collect information, but also to hear all the experiences and doubts. In our experience, this is the only way you can be sure that we not only heard you, but also understood you.

Thanks to these milestones, we don't keep you in the dark about what's happening on the project. You always know at what stage we are, what is happening, what problems exist, and how and when they will be solved. We exclude chaos, secrecy and confusion.
In addition, this approach helps to create reporting and a transparent project map, to which new participants can connect at any time without losing important information. In other words, you keep your project under control and always know what is going on in the project.
Weekly call and report
We lead projects by adhering to three simple principles: clarity, control and transparency. And this is how it looks like during every single project.
